[Termtools] competition dates

Dear colleagues,

For several reasons some dates for the termination competition will be 
changed:

deadline for registration and submitting running versions of the
tools: June 5

deadline for submitting termination problems for the secret list: June 8

deadline for submitting the final versions of the tools: June 8

competition will start on : June 9
