[Termtools] tools problems solved (mostly)

I found the problem which was affecting jambox, matchbox and torpa. In
the computer I use there is a link sh -> /bin/dash, and I needed to
modify it to sh -> /bin/bash. I don't know the problem in detail, but
it works.

I also installed the fixed aprove version.

I'm still waiting for a fixed ttt2, and I'm currently trying a new
version of TPA+Rainbow.
