[Termtools] Upcoming competition - discussion during Nancy Workshop

I agree that the competition under its current form need major
modifications for the future. Several suggestions have been proposed to
improve it, but we (the organization committee) have been able to take
only very few of them into account.

To make such a major evolution successful, I think the TPDB, the
competition rules, and the competition softwares that I coded,
should be remade from scratch. For that to happen, it would be good to
nominate (to elect?) a new organization committee. 

Since my recent research interests are not anymore on termination
techniques, I am not willing to be member of this new organization
committee.
