[Termtools] status request

Dear Johannes, dear all,

for the termination web site I had the idea to pool resources with
Daniel Le Berre running the "SAT Live" page. Their needs are very
similar to what we want to do and they have developed a framework
for such a web site during this summer. I hope to be able to start
from that framework soon (I just pinged Daniel about this once more).

Regarding the domain name, I think we should settle on a name
(either through the steering committee or using this mailing list).
My current favourites are termination-portal.org and
terminaton-central.org. If we have a name, someone (who?) should
register this domain and redirect this to my termination web site
(ask me for the target URI when we get to this stage).
