[Termtools] FP/LP

Hi,

FP & LP are now available in the database and also in the execution  
environment. i know (and hope) that the aprove guys will want to test  
them. :)

add your tool to the "{FP,LP} Category", submit an implementation, and  
inform me of problems please. best way is through bugzilla.
