I don't recall any votes by the steering committee on the issues
listed under "Earlier Votes" :-) Perhaps first the bylaws should
be discussed, voted upon, and then acted upon.

Before discussing the submission of new problems, we should first
settle on a new input problem format and then clean up/reorganize
the databases. (Wasn't this identified at the Leipzig meeting as
an urgent issue?) See
