[Termtools] When to start the competition?

Dear all,

from the committee members (as defined here

I got these four votes (including mine):

1 Saturday, 2 Tuesday, 1 Later

(from non-members: 1 S, 0.5 T, 1.5 L)

The result is: Competition starts on Tuesday (4-November) noon.
