[Termtools] subterm

Dear all,

It has been on the A3PAT web site for a while (about a month), but I did not
make the announcement on termtools: you can use
and certify sub-term criterion with CiME and Coccinelle. Binaries are
available and as usual regularly updated, see http://a3pat.ensiie.fr/pub/
A release (with more stuff) is to come soon.
