[Termtools] TPDB 8.0 and CPFs

Dear all,

please note that a new version of the TPDB is available online which  
includes all new problems that have been submitted for the termination  
competition 2010. Moreover, also an archive with all generated CPFs is  
available. Both can be found under http://termcomp.uibk.ac.at or more  
specific:
