[Termtools] Upcoming Competition

Dear all,

this is a short reminder that the deadline for tool-upload is  
approaching (tomorrow, 12:01 CET).
This is also the deadline for enabling the important checkbox: "active  
in next competition".

For those of you who have tried to access the server last night until  
tomorrow morning, sorry for
the inconvenience, but the server is now running again.
