[Termtools] Full run on TPDB

Dear all,

the full run of recent termination tools on all problems of the TPDB is finished. 
Only in the certifying categories, some tools have not been scheduled or some errors have
occurred (incompatible CPF versions). We will fix these issues soonish by scheduling
the appropriate tools and adding converters for CPF-files.
