[Termtools] Starexec for Termination

Dear all,

I am preparing the presentation for the Starexec Workshop,
detailing the requirements from the termination community.

If you have suggestions for this,
please email to me, or (preferred) edit this Wiki page:

It would be especially valuable if you could browse
the Starexec design documents (reachable via the Wiki page)
and check that their basic design matches our basic requirements;
and how it would accomodate specific extensions.
