[Termtools] New version of TPDB available

Dear all,

the new version of the TPDB can be accessed via

http://termcomp.uibk.ac.at/status/downloads/tpdb-current-exported.tar.gz

Besides containing all the new problems from this years competition,
now all the (HO)-TRS files contain stylesheet-informations, so that you
can just view them in your browser without having them convert manually.
