Star-Exec headquarters is asking Summer 2014 competition organizers
for feedback. I copied (part of) the questions to

Note: this is strictly about Star-Exec.  Perhaps we should have
a separate discussion about points that are specific
to Termination (deadlines, time-outs,
categories, benchmark selection, scoring, ...)
