[Termtools] termcomp 2014 registration reminder: deadline is June 15

this is to remind you of the registration deadline
for the 2014 Termination Competition,
and to clarify the registration process.

Deadlines are:

* Registration (June 15) (THIS SUNDAY)
* Solver pre-submission (June 22) and submission (July 1)
* Benchmark submission (July 1)

Please note that the purpose of these "early" deadlines
is to leave enough room for tests by the organizers.
These are needed because of the switch to the Starexec
execution platform.
