[Termtools] Comparing TC 2017 to TC 2016 and earlier

yesterday's results are now also at
https://termcomp.imn.htwk-leipzig.de/competitions/Y2017


as I already advertised, you can do
https://termcomp.imn.htwk-leipzig.de/combine/Y2016/Y2017

then click on the URLs at the right end of each line.
For instance, TRS "virtual best for all" gives
https://termcomp.imn.htwk-leipzig.de/results/standard/Query%20%5BVBestAll%5D/18368/24388

Then you can select in "row types":
"solver-yes solver-maybe - these" all the benchmarks
where in 2016 someone said YES, and in 2017, no-one did.

This shows 5 benchmarks and all the 2016 answers
were given by TTT2 (which did not participate in 2017)

There's even two SRS that are unsolved in 2017
but were solved by TTT2 in 2014.


I implemented (just yesterday) another feature:
when you look at a benchmark like
https://termcomp.imn.htwk-leipzig.de/benchmark/1121776
you can can go to "usage in competitions" - "see all"
this shows the history of this benchmark
over 2014 .. 2017 competition jobs.
