now the TermComp 2018 registration is closed. Please check your tools 
are registered as intended.

The wall-clock timeout will be 300 seconds, and problem selection will 
be 100% as before (please kindly understand that changing them is not 
yet easy for me.)

There will be a new demonstration run by SOL of Makoto Hamana for 
category "Rewriting with higher-order pattern matching on beta-normal 
eta-long forms (HRS)". Actually it was already declared at 
http://www.termination-portal.org/wiki/Higher_Order_Rewriting.
