[Termtools] Tool update deadline for TermComp2018

Dear participants,

- Due to requests, I will accept tool updates until July 2, Monday AoE.

- I run tests, but secretly. Please await the competition, unless I  
contact you to fix something.

- If you encounter "run script error" on StarExec, it's their fault not  
yours. A very elegant solution to this by StarExec is that it will  
automatically rerun failed jobs ;) But there are some persistent ones,  
which the developers are trying to fix...
