[Termtools] Derivational Complexity Innermost

Dear all,

at our request, the category "Derivational Complexity Innermost" has been
re-activated again in the current competition (it hadn't been run during
several years). I assume that everything should work here similar to
"Derivational Complexity Full", but if anybody knows anything more specific
about that category, please let us know.
