[Termtools] Scheduled shutdown of the termtools list

Hi termtools list,

Just a follow-up to this message of last June: Jürgen Giesl volunteered 
to host the list in RWTH Aachen.

The migration should take place in a few days. Your subscription should 
be automatically transferred.

I'll send a last message on this list when the migration will be done.
