[Termination tools] News about Competition and TPDB

So far, the tools I'm able to run for the competition are:

TRS: Aprove, Cime, Matchbox, TTT

SRS: Matchbox, Torpa, Cime

LP: Aprove, Talp

I'm still waiting for Mu-term and Cariboo.

I also updated the TPDB with the new problems several people sent to me.

If I made any mistake please tell me.
