[Termtools] competition delayed again

I'm sorry but i have to delay again the start of the competition a
bit. I still have to install new versions of tools and add new
problems to the qualification round.

When everything is installed, I will inform you on this list, and
rerun a qualification round, and ask you to check if it is fine for you.

I think it will really start only on monday.
