[Termtools] Naive comments from an occasional visitor

What does "withdrawal" mean exactly? If I understand well, Claude only 
suggests that the results of a buggy tool are hidden but the fact that 
the tool tried to participate to the competition must be preserved. 
Indeed, imagine that in a category, only two tools participate and one 
is buggy. If you do not keep the fact that there were two tools in this 
category, the competition makes no sense. Furthermore, I think that such 
a rule should encourage people to do certification.
