[Termtools] SRS-certified category?

Dear all,

I suggested earlier to include
a "SRS-certified" category in the upcoming competition.

Simon is currently testing TRS-certified - once this works,
SRS-certified should be an easy extension.

On the "client" side, the only change (for tools using Rainbow/CoLoR)
would be to replace one call of "trs2xml" by "srs2xml".

Please indicate (by email to this list, or to me)
* whether you have any objections, questions or proposals
* whether you would participate

(If there seems to be agreement, then we'll "just do it";
otherwise we'll enter a more formal discussion/voting process.)
