[Termtools] new address for the termination competition

dear all,

in order to make the termination competition platform more readily  
accessible, we have taken the first step of migrating to a dedicated  
subdomain. the termination competition is now located at:

http://termcomp.uibk.ac.at/

older links (to http://colo5-c703.uibk.ac.at:8080/) will still work  
until shortly before the workshop in leipzig in june.

as the new address for the server is a transparent proxy to the  
underlying application server, you can simply substitute  
termcomp.uibk.ac.at  for colo5-c703.uibk.ac.at:8080 in any links you  
have published.
