[Termtools] competition, 16/12/2009

hello everybody,

as i'm still waiting on input from the steering committee (@sc  
members: see aart's earlier email), this gives _everybody_ time until  
16:00 to conduct the following tasks:

- check that your tool is registered in the correct categories
- check that the selected version is actually the one you want to run
- ensure that the selected version tested successfully [*]

if i have received all the input from the steering committee by 16:00,  
the competition will start then, otherwise it will start sometime  
tomorrow morning with the missing information replaced by values i  
determine.

the parameters for the algorithm will be announced before 16:00.

[*] any new versions uploaded this afternoon will not be allowed to  
compete, please refrain from doing so. :)
