[Termtools] Termination Competition 2014 - DONE / RESTART

Dear all,

the competition did finish, results:

There was however a bug report which lead to the unfortunate
discovery that some data was handled  in an unexpected way on
star-exec, which caused some mis-reported results,
that may or may not disturb the standings in categories. (*)

So I re-started the competition just now (same parameters)

(and if you're reading this in the morning (Vienna time),
then you can just pretend it's continuing where you left last night.)

The re-run should be finished in the afternoon,
still early enough for the (preparation of the) awards ceremony.

I will run the demonstration sections
(categories with one participant) on Monday.
