[Termtools] next termcomp (April 2019), next WST (June/July 2020)

Dear all,

at the business meeting and termcomp session at WST 2018,
these plans were presented, and greeted with agreement:

Next termination competition (2019)

* We intend to be part of https://tacas.info/toolympics.php
  (results presented during TACAS'19, April 16-17, Prague)
* We intend to run on Starexec. The actual run will take
  place a few weeks/days before presentation of results,
  at the discretion of the organizer, Akihisa Yamada.
* All participating teams must help in detecting bugs - not only
  in their respective tools, but also in the execution platform,
  and in the presentation platform.

Next Workshop on Termination (2020)

* http://costa.fdi.ucm.es/wst2020/
* is planned to co-locate with IJCAR and FSCD 2020,
  Paris (France), June/July, 2020
* PC chair will be Samir Genaim http://costa.fdi.ucm.es/~genaim/
